As a Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver A Level, GCSE English, and Functional Skills Literacy to students and adults in both classroom and online settings. You will also be expected to develop engaging resources, monitor learner progress, and promote positive outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should possess an A Level qualification in English or above and either have or be working towards a teaching qualification. While a teaching background is not necessary, you must be able to bring the subject to life using innovative methods that combine theory, practice, and technology.

In addition to your teaching expertise, you will collaborate with other staff members to develop and share best practices within the Curriculum and Department team. This collaborative environment will provide you with opportunities for growth, professional development, and networking.
