Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Advisor to join our team in Inverness, supporting a large contractor in the North of Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) management, with experience working in the civils and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and improve overall HSEQ performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with site personnel to develop and maintain HSEQ procedures, protocols, and documentation.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in HSEQ.
- At least 2 years' experience working in the civils and construction industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and other industry verification schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
