The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance within the construction sector, data hall industry, or a related field. You will be responsible for carrying out safety checks, reactive works, planned maintenance servicing, and general repairs. Additionally, you will need to be IT literate for record keeping and have good customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be physically able to carry out the duties detailed in the job description and will be able to work to high levels of health and safety. You will also be responsible for understanding and working to building statutory requirements and ensuring regular monitoring.
