We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate stock control, ensuring that all food and supplies are stored and rotated correctly.
- Unload, check, and sign for incoming goods, processing and filing standard order forms and advice notes.
- Deliver and issue food and supplies to wards and departments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Respond to enquiries and requests from staff, patients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Pack and check food orders for wards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update records related to duties and stock, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Ensure the delivery area is kept clean and tidy at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Basic food hygiene and HACCP certificates.
