Job Overview: Donard Recruitment is seeking experienced Healthcare Professionals to work as Nurse Assessors in a hybrid working environment. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
  • Providing a safe, inclusive and empathetic service to service users
  • Managing caseloads from end to end, including delivering face to face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper based reports
  • Assessing the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500
  • 5% retention bonus
  • Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • Hybrid Full time, Part time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service

About You:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
