Role Overview
">This is a full-time position at Liverpool FC, where you will be responsible for the medical care and rehabilitation of academy players aged 9-14. You will work closely with the Head of Academy Physiotherapy and Academy Doctor to ensure the health and wellbeing of all youth players.
">Key Responsibilities

- To provide medical care on all aspects of players' health, including diagnosing and establishing treatment plans for injuries and illnesses.">
- To oversee the daily rehabilitation of u9-16's players and assist in the rehabilitation of other age groups with the professional development phase therapists.">
- To collaborate with football coaching staff, player care, psychology, and safeguarding to optimise youth player performance and overall health.">
- To maintain contemporaneous medical notes to an exemplary standard and ensure note-keeping systems are up to date.">
- To actively contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings for the Youth Development phase regarding player rehabs, injuries, etc.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must be a fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and a member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should have a current Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF) qualification or the equivalent rugby league Immediate Medical Management on the Field of Play (IMMOFP) qualification.

">This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days) and a contributory pension scheme.
