We are recognized as a performance sport institute, working with elite sporting partners in our city. Our performance programme develops emerging talent, supporting over 70 teams across more than 50 sports at our world-class facilities.

The Role:

We are seeking a number of sport coaches to drive the success of our clubs forward. As the lead coaching contact, you will work alongside the club committee to deliver effective training sessions, in line with the students' wants and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging and effective training sessions
  • Develop game strategies and prepare the team for matches
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training

Working Pattern/Hours:

Coaching falls in line with the University's academic year. Coaching contracts are for 23 weeks, from the end of September to the start of April each year. You will be required to have a presence on match days, with a minimum of 2 hours coaching per week.

Rate of Pay:

Dependent on experience and level of coaching qualification.
