Job Title: Senior Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our team at Mindera. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement system architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and interoperability.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategy throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines.
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Mentor and train junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design and deployment.
  • Work closely with project management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend new systems and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of various architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and expertise in cloud architecture.
  • Solid background in software development and infrastructure design.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
