Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability of our residents.
• Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activities programmes that maximize their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure that activities are aligned with our residents' needs and preferences.
• Organize and lead activities within the care home and in the local community, promoting social engagement and community integration.
• Ensure that all activities are safe, accessible, and enjoyable for all residents.
