We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager to lead our West London team and drive profitable growth and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and develop the branch and sales management team to deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer service.
- Formulate branch and area budgets in conjunction with business managers and ensure the management and achievement of sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
- Communicate the company's service proposition, target markets, and customer service ethos to all staff.
- Support and drive Group sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and promote health & safety, ensuring adherence to the company's health and safety policy.
- Manage recruitment processes and day-to-day staff management, monitoring compliance with relevant systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous electrical wholesale experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical wholesale products and services.
