About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team at Skilled Careers Ltd. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Using a PDA to manage tasks and communicate with tenants and planners
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Experience in social housing maintenance
  • Plumbing or Carpentry qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools
