Key Responsibilities

The successful Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and controlling projects, including quality assurance processes, audit management, and document control;
  • Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that quality control systems are established, communicated, applied, and remain effective;
  • Developing internal audits, preparing quality plans, and overseeing quality operations;
  • Promoting a 'right first time' approach to quality and safety, ensuring compliance with company and project requirements;
  • Validating the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions resulting from any non-conformities or internal/external audits;
  • Ensuring full utilization of internal reporting systems to capture all quality-related data, such as audit findings, non-conformities, observations, improvement opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive training program.
