We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a permanent position. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in nursing and residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Conducting regular patient assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a nursing or residential care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
