About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects in the Civils and Water sectors, overseeing the successful delivery of construction works from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foreman to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the project's successful delivery, ensuring that it meets the client's objectives and requirements.
  • Lead teams of Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foreman to deliver construction works safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments, method statements, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed parameters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or Sub Agent for a main contractor in the water/Utilities sector.
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving license.
  • Desirable skills include first aid, NRSWA, and confined space training.
