About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Audit team at BDO UK. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, while also contributing to the development and growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage and develop staff, including mentoring, coaching, and appraising
  • Identify and convert business opportunities to sell audit services
  • Manage a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Significant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services to major companies, including listed and AIM companies
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities to sell work
  • Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework
