Job Opportunity

We are seeking a high-quality Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established and dynamic New Homes Mortgage Broker practice in the KENT area.

This role requires a strong ability to build business relationships with customers, generate leads, and provide top-class service to developers and clients alike.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in protection advice and recommendation, with a minimum of 50% penetration, and be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the New Homes sector and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to exceed targets and provide professional and quality advice from the whole of market.

The role offers a superb infrastructure, excellent administration and back office support, and a fantastic employed or self-employed package, with earnings potential in the region of £50-60K pa.

The successful candidate will be required to work a 5-day week, including 3 weekend days per month, and will need to be able to demonstrate a strong ability to convert leads and maintain our company policy of treating customers fairly.
