Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of property valuations and asset management. As a Property Assessor, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Property Services in achieving excellent outcomes.

You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property valuation and asset management, working closely with other teams to ensure effective asset management. We are looking for a motivated individual with local government experience as a valuer and a valid UK driving license.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive (or access to a pool car)
  • Local government experience as a valuer

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
