Senior Web3 Customer Success Strategist

A leading security company within the Web3 space is focused on delivering cutting-edge threat detection software in the DeFi and Web3 space. They are seeking a Web3 Director of Customer Success to oversee, develop, and scale their post-sale customer success strategy.
This opportunity allows you to join a company at the ground up and work with modern and unique software across the cryptocurrency space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new customer success strategies, showcasing best practices.
- Lead and grow the customer success team, with a focus on hiring and developing customer success managers.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive customer engagement, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with product offerings.
- Create customer onboarding, training, and implementation processes for long-term success.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Web3 experience, with a deep understanding of the space and ecosystem challenges.
- Leadership experience in managing a customer success team and developing talent.
- Good knowledge of centralized finance and the intersections with DeFi.
- Proven track record of success post-sale, reducing churn and upselling existing clients.
- Self-sufficiency and problem-solving skills.
