Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, conducting sampling and testing of various materials and products.

As an Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting laboratory analysis on crude, in-process, and dispatch samples.
  • Analyzing submitted samples and recording results in relevant lab books.
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and performing daily replenishment of laboratory supplies.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Working experience in an ISO or GMP/Certified laboratory is desirable.
  • Proficiency in GC-FID/MS equipment and solvent purity analysis.
  • Knowledge of wet chemistry techniques (KF, pH, titration).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.

Estimated Salary: £48,500 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
