Job Title: Project Manager - Refurbishment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Regen Solutions. As a Project Manager - Refurbishment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment projects on a number of high and low rise dwellings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver external refurbishment programs to tenanted properties through effective management of your site team
* Work in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure high quality service delivery
* Control the overall direction and financial control of the contract
* Implement short, mid, and long-term programs for various work streams
* Hand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators

Requirements:

* Proven track record of delivering similar projects with a reputable main contractor
* Experience of external cladding and health and safety standards
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
