About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors in Sutton, MA. As a key member of our outpatient orthopedic department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • DPT degree from an accredited program (DPT preferred)
  • Active PT license in MA
  • At least 1+ years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates considered)
