A career-defining opportunity awaits a skilled Satellite Ground Systems Engineer to lead our EMEA team in designing, deploying, and commissioning high-performance ground gateways for Project Kuiper's Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation.
About the Role- Lead efforts to design and deploy ground gateways across EMEA, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop efficient deployment processes.
- On-site team lead for terminal installations, ensuring timely delivery of operational sites to the Kuiper Operations Team.
- Solicit industry partnerships to execute installation strategies, fostering innovation and excellence.
The Ground Systems team is responsible for architecture, design, build, and installation of Kuiper's Ground and TT&C Gateways. Our gateways enable high-speed communications between Kuiper points of presence and our Low Earth Orbit constellation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in satellite communications ground systems, network integration, and on-site support.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development within Amazon Kuiper Services Europe SARL, UK Branch - Q18.
