We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic assessments and interventions for patients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of goal-focused care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
