About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team in Pembroke Dock, West Wales. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in delivering projects from concept to completion, working closely with our engineering disciplines to ensure project forecasts are accurate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of complex project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, maintaining cost and resource loading.
  • Updating project schedules, monitoring critical path activities, key milestones, and end dates.
  • Providing support and planning services for project engineering activities, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Ownership of company resource planning.
  • Preparing updates of project schedules within agreed time frames and reporting progress to project managers.
  • Supporting Project Managers in reporting key schedule information and analysis.
  • Maintaining the implementation of programme policies and practices.

Requirements
  • Proficient with P6 Primavera and MS Project.
  • Proven experience in an engineering design and/or planning role.
  • Experience using Power BI, but not essential.
  • Planning and organising, communication, team working, and problem solving skills.
