Examination Supervisor

Croesyceiliog School is seeking a responsible and flexible individual to support the examination process.

The successful candidate will be involved in supervising students during examinations, which may take place in large venues or one-to-one with pupils. Additional duties include setting up examinations, distributing equipment, and collecting/arranging exam papers.

This role is seasonal, with flexible hours, and requires a commitment to the safeguarding and protection of children and young people.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise students during examinations
• Set up examinations, distribute equipment, and collect/arrange exam papers
• Ensure the smooth running of the examination process

Requirements:

• GCSE A*-C in Mathematics and English, or equivalent
• Knowledge of the exam process in a school setting
• Experience of working within a mainstream school
• Awareness of pupils' diverse needs
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use non-confrontational strategies with young people
• Commitment to the safeguarding and protection of children and young people

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
