About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at House of Fraser. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving marketing activity across a range of media and channels to achieve customer acquisition and retention KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Own the Frasers Plus co-marketing agenda, working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to integrate Frasers Plus into key campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with the Retail Partnerships team and our retail partners to maximise opportunities to promote Frasers Plus through a programme of integrated activity across eCRM and social channels.
  • Brand Custodianship: Contribute to the ongoing establishment of the Frasers Plus brand and support brand custodianship, ensuring the brand expression is consistent and cohesive across all media and channels.
  • Marketing Strategy: Continually identify and exploit opportunities to drive brand and product awareness, refining and improving existing activity.
  • eCRM Strategy: Support the execution and evolution of the Frasers Plus eCRM strategy, ensuring we continually build sophistication in our approach.
Requirements
  • Marketing Expertise: Excellent knowledge and experience of CRM, with a confident approach to using data to make customer-first decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles, with a strong ability to think strategically and solve problems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Vast experience of working with various stakeholders, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially savvy and performance-driven, with a high focus on customer experience.
  • Planning and Organisation: Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a strong creative ability.
