About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business results and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple squads of engineers to build and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to drive high standards and ensure team alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver against business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Strong background in software development and engineering principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Background in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.
  • Understanding of financial markets and data analysis.
