Project Manager Associate

Tait is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager Associate to support our Projects PI (Permanent Installations) team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of the team, you will assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and professional execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Assist in bid and tender preparation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client service.
  • Support project management teams in strategic planning and solution development.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues and conduct meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external clients to guarantee project progress and safety.
  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Manage small projects from start to finish.
  • Interact and negotiate with clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a project management role.
  • Experience in preparing and tracking budgets.
  • Understanding of technical project requirements.
  • Previous experience in a project setting with project scope development.
  • Budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation skills.
