About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients with a range of mental health conditions, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Act as the named nurse for a designated group of patients, taking responsibility for their overall care and well-being.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the clinical area, utilizing resources effectively and supporting senior staff as needed.
  • Be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
