We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Membership Growth Manager to join our team at Fresh Recruit. As a key member of our membership department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and fostering strong relationships with our members.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to take ownership of membership growth strategies, develop and implement effective retention plans, and build a strong reputation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Growth: Develop and execute targeted growth strategies to increase membership numbers, focusing on new member acquisition, upgrades, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional support to existing members, ensuring seamless interactions, timely communication, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and partners, facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business development opportunities.
  • KPI Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rates, new member applications, and revenue growth, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Candidate Specification: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proven track record in membership sales, account management, or a related field is essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in membership sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
