Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Graphic Packaging International - Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement strategies that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Present sales performance reports to management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
