About the Role

Temenos is a leading provider of banking and finance software, and we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients on their digital transformation journeys, helping them to improve their operations and deliver better customer experiences.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in understanding our clients' business requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with our product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions meet our clients' needs, and collaborate with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their strategies, challenges, and opportunities.

You will have experience in working in core banking digital transformation projects, pre-sales, and related sales activities. You should have a particular interest in the financial services industry, including trends, challenges, and innovations in corporate banking. You will be able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity, and have an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including maternity leave, civil partnership leave, family care leave, recharge days, and study leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization as a trusted digital transformation expert in engaging with customers at C-level and architecting solutions relevant to their business requirements.
  • Create customer personas and customer journeys to create impact and interest around our solutions offerings.
  • Work closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling, and address customer needs.
  • Act as a functional authority and trusted advisor to help our clients on their digital transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a digital roadmap with them.
  • Collaborate, partner, and consult with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Support the RFP process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the clients unique business challenge.
  • Manage bids and proposals and coordinate between all parties to submit Temenos responses to clients RFPs and RFIs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles).
