WorkWell is an exciting new project that aims to support people across Cambridge City, East Cambs and South Cambs in either getting back to work or to enable them to thrive at work. As a Wellbeing Programme Manager, you will work closely with the Work Well Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project, which includes supporting people who are struggling to maintain employment or have recently lost their employment due to health challenges.

The role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is based in our Cambridge office with travel across South and East Cambridgeshire, with option for hybrid working. The contract is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2026.
