About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as an Adult Mental Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders, and to contribute to the development of our trauma-informed services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex case reviews and formulations to inform treatment plans
  • Provide specialist psychological therapies, including art psychotherapy, to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Offer consultation and supervision to other professionals and teams
  • Contribute to the development of our trauma-informed services and the implementation of service improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Core mental health profession in psychology, art psychotherapy, adult psychotherapy, mental health nursing, or occupational therapy
  • Qualification in an accredited professional clinical specialism
  • Significant experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
