Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Professional to join our team at SHL as a Head of Tax. This is a unique opportunity to lead our tax function and play a key role in shaping our company's tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of direct and indirect tax compliance processes, relationships, and controls for Europe
  • UK Corporation tax return, UK VAT return, European VAT and corporation tax returns, and support for Financial Statements
  • Support the Head of Tax on M&A, tax audits, and other advisory work
  • Assist with tax reporting for statutory financial statements and forecasting
  • Act as tax business partner for all SHL functions
Requirements
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTT)
  • Significant post-qualification experience in corporation tax
  • UK and International Tax technical knowledge
  • Tax Accounting
