Project: Major Commercial Building Project

Our client is a leading Tier 1 Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractor, known for delivering large-scale, high-profile construction projects across the UK.

This project is one of the most significant commercial building ventures in London, and as such they are seeking an excellent Electrical Construction Manager to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day electrical construction activities, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring high performance.
  • Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including mechanical teams, architects, consultants, and clients, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve electrical design and installation plans, ensuring they meet the project's requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the procurement of electrical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
