About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Health and Safety to lead and be accountable for the health and safety, as well as business continuity, across our organisation.

This is a maternity cover, field-based position that requires the candidate to be located close to our Derby or Harlow bases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing guidance and support to employees.

The role also involves travel to various locations, including Derby and Harlow, and requires a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices.

The salary for this position is £72,500-£75,000, plus a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees
  • Travel to various locations, including Derby and Harlow
