As a Technical Account Manager at Coralogix, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers harness the power of observability and security data. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and business goals, and provide expert guidance on how to integrate our platform into their existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to adopt the Coralogix platform, integrate new data, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer technical requirements and business goals to create tailored solutions
  • Lead the onboarding process, including training, troubleshooting, and creating new artifacts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical practices in Log Management and Observability
  • Build and execute a customized game plan for each customer based on data analysis and customer needs
  • Establish strong relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption
  • Conduct regular QBRs with customers to reflect delivered value and ensure customer needs are met
  • Advocate for customer needs within Coralogix and influence product development roadmap
  • Partner with the Sales team on renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Cloud DevOps, specifically with AWS (EC2, EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, CloudWatch) and equivalent experience with Azure and GCP
  • Background knowledge and hands-on practice in Observability, specifically experience working with tools such as Kibana, Open-Search, Grafana, Datadog, Sumologic, NewRelic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, SignalFX, Instana, Splunk, Honeycomb, and Jaeger
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform/Ansible)
  • Hands-on experience in technical integrations (OpenTelemetry/fluentd/fluentbit/filebeat/logstash)
  • Hands-on experience with complex troubleshooting of Kubernetes and Docker containers
  • Good knowledge of RegEx, Lucene, and PromQL
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience in technical customer-facing positions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • High availability for fast response to customers
  • Comfortable coding in high-level programming languages (Java, Go, Python)
  • BSc degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Experience in SAAS B2B software companies
