Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + van and fuel card

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team in Cambridge. As a Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties, mainly within void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
  • Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader in a social housing or similar environment.
  • Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
