Salary: £65 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join a Local Authority in South East England on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide legal oversight and strategic guidance on significant infrastructure projects while managing relationships with external law firms and government bodies.

1. Project Oversight: Provide legal oversight for ongoing construction projects outsourced to external law firms, ensuring compliance with government requirements.
2. Contract Management: Manage contracts related to infrastructure initiatives, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met.
3. Contract Utilisation: Oversee the use of call-off contracts, ensuring effective implementation in line with project needs.
4. Programme Support: Contribute to the local authority's infrastructure development programme by providing legal support and guidance on construction projects.
