The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or supervision within the hotel sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure optimal pricing strategies
  • Monitoring distribution channels and market segments to identify areas for improvement
  • Generating action plans to address forecast challenges and maximise results
  • Analysing departmental P&L statements to identify opportunities for growth
  • Reporting on budget deviations and collaborating with the Business Partner to implement corrective measures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or supervision within the hotel sector
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager
