The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a strong focus on customer interaction and problem-solving. You will work closely with our planning department to complete assigned tasks, provide advice and guidance to customers, and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits at customer sites.

The role involves:

  • Fulfilling customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner
  • Completing work assigned by our planning department
  • Providing advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades
  • Carrying out PPM visits at customer sites
  • Attending same-day call outs ensuring building security
  • Traveling to various customer locations within your region
  • Working within our 'Safety First' culture

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
