Job Description:
  1. Take initial instructions from clients and open files through our Office Management System.
  2. Manage client cases from start to finish under the guidance of our supervisors.
  3. Maintain effective communication with clients via meetings and phone calls.
  4. Ensure all work adheres to our Quality and Work Management Systems.
  5. Meet key performance indicators and assess team marketing strategies.
  6. Participate in necessary training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in a Residential or Commercial Conveyancing department.
  2. Familiarity with Lexcel accreditation procedures for managing cases and files.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per year based on experience.
