About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Specialist to join our team at Focus Cloud. As a Workday Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday Core HCM and other modules to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Workday Core HCM and other modules to meet client needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure the true value of the Workday system is recognized and fully leveraged
  • Collaborate with an exceptional HRIS team composed of modular specialists to foster a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Broaden your expertise in areas of the HCM suite that you may not have had the chance to explore previously
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in configuring Workday Core HCM and other modules
  • Superior stakeholder communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to effectively engage with various stakeholders and optimize system benefits
  • Proven experience in post-go-live support, including business-as-usual activities, optimization, implementation of new features, issue resolution, identifying areas for improvement, Tier 1 & 2 escalations, troubleshooting, and managing Workday releases
