Skills & Experience Required:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong track record in a similar role.
* Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a large, complex organisation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong business partnering experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
