The Forest Methodist Circuit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Manage and process all necessary circuit property matters related to Methodist property in the Forest Circuit.
- Financial Administration: Provide financial oversight and book-keeping support to the circuit stewards.
- Compliance and Coordination: Coordinate compliance issues across the circuit and provide expertise, advice, and guidance based on Methodist policy and best practice.
- Support and Guidance: Offer support to churches within the circuit on matters of property and development, particularly where there is a circuit or local vision to develop premises for creative use.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management and financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of Methodist policy and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
