We are a reputable Logistics and Transportation company, Scorpion Recruitment, seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering various types of freight and performing depot-to-depot deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving Company Vehicle: Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Checks: Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress and complete paperwork accurately as instructed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face-to-face in a polite and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Cat-C License: Possess a valid Cat-C license.
  • CPC and Digital Tachograph Card: Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Driving Record: Have no more than 6 points on your driving license, with no DD's, DR's, IN's, or TT's.
  • Experience: Possess experience with ratchet straps and working in a fast-paced multi-drop environment.
  • Literacy and Communication: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and good literacy.
  • Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license with Class 2 entitlement for at least 1 year.
