About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our 3-bedded Children's home in Southport. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our young people
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgeting and resource allocation
* Work closely with external agencies, such as Social Services and the NHS, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents and carers
Requirements:
* QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services
* Experience of managing a residential children's home
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
