Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to lead our discipline teams in the management of process plant design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage discipline teams, including manpower planning, work scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Interface with clients, third-party consultants, and other disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including specifications and MTOs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer with experience in onshore plant design.
  • Excellent organizational, technical, writing, communication, and computer skills.
  • 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with E3D and StaadPro software.
  • Familiarity with multicentre working and detailed design execution centres.
