About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team in Warrington. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects that aim to create sustainable and vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing innovative planning solutions
  • Liaising with stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure effective project delivery
  • Providing expert advice on planning policy and legislation
Requirements
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field and membership (or eligibility for membership) of the RTPI
  • At least 3 years' experience in planning consultancy or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills
